Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Where do you ship to? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's tracking portal to see live updates.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@vuraly.shop. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our store is SSL-encrypted and PCI DSS compliant, ensuring your payment details are processed securely. We do not store your credit card information.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
How do I start a return? To start a return, contact us at support@vuraly.shop. We will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
